Nigel Johnson
CEO
Nigel, Reclipse co-founder, is a business change management leader embracing the notion of pragmatic "customer driven" holistic, business solutions with enabling supportive information system technologies. An acknowledged end-to-end supply chain expert, talented team builder and true believer in a "Vision to Action" approach applied to help customers, suppliers, partners and employees. His career includes senior roles with Xerox, Apple, Eclipse, Brocade, Shutterfly, and Tumbleweed. Nigel has also worked with Photoworks in the eCommerce Digital Photo on-demand printing world as SVP Customer Operations during its turnaround and sale to American Greetings Interactive.
Susan Rosin
President
Susan, Reclipse co-founder, is a talented business leader who helps companies optimize and integrate their supply chains and operations, increase their productivity and profitability, and take advantage of new and existing systems. She is a results-oriented, global professional whose management and leadership has driven improvement and efficiencies directly to a client's bottom-line. Susan's expertise and experience in business process re-engineering and total quality management, as well as technology improvements and implementations has led to the increased utilization of people, processes, and systems. Susan has worked in the retail, consumer goods, bio-tech, 3PL, and technology industries for companies such as APL Logistics, Cost Plus World Market, Novartis, and Embarcadero Systems. She has an MBA from the Haas School of Business, UC Berkeley.
Deby Veneziale
Managing Director, EMEA
Deby Veneziale, based in Venice, Italy, is a Visionary thought leader and a Globally recognized logistics/supply chain expert. She has been in the field for over 30 years and has held senior positions at 3PLs as well as manufacturing companies, e-tailers, and retailers. She was the first in the 3PL industry to develop and execute "in-transit merge" and "distribution by-pass" helping companies like Hewlett-Packard and the Gap to accomplish new levels of customer satisfaction at greatly reduced costs. She has a particular passion for new technologies and was a co-founder and creator of an internet-based SaaS software company who developed supply chain execution and visibility software as well as other next generation supply chain systems at many of her other positions. Deby has been a University lecturer and a certified coach for both students and business professionals. She has a BA from Columbia College in Chicago.
Paul Tasner
VP Supply Chain & Sustainability
Senior executive with 30 years of experience in all facets of supply chain management. Paul has held leadership positions in procurement, manufacturing, and logistics in ventures ranging from start-ups to Fortune 100. His career focus has been on supply chain sustainability, strategic sourcing and supplier relationship management. His company affiliations include: The Clorox Company, California Closets, Method Products, and Hepagen Vaccines. In 2008, Paul founded and continues to lead the San Francisco Bay Area Green Supply Chain Forum – the first such assembly of supply chain executives anywhere. Paul has authored many papers and presentations on supply chain sustainability and currently lectures on this timely topic in the MBA Program at San Francisco State University. He is an Industrial Engineering graduate of the NJ Institute of Technology.
Shyamal Roy

An expert Supply Chain, Logistics, and Operations manager with over twenty years of hands on experience in the areas of design, development and implementation of supply chain strategy and solutions in Hi-tech, Retail and Automotive industries and a proven track record of cost reductions and turn arounds in supply chain operations through process improvements and technology implementations. He has extensive experience in logistics operations start up, continuous improvement, quality management, project management, Industrial Engineering, real estate management, and managing and implementing 3PLs. Areas of expertise include supply chain strategy and solutions development, logistics sales and operations, program management, business process reengineering and productivity improvement. Shyamal has held senior level positions at Cisco Systems, Blue Coat Systems, FedEx Supply Chain Services, ServiceCraft Logistics, and Ryder Logistics. He has a PhD in Operations Research and a Masters in Industrial Engineering.
Vanita Wells

Vanita is an accomplished leader with sharp business acumen and experience across multiple business models. As well as experience in general management, she is an expert at managing any or all customer-facing operational functions including order management, logistics & distribution, reverse logistics & repair, and customer & technical support. She previously founded and led Eclipse Group, Inc., an innovative operations-focused professional services firm that served clients from start-ups to multinationals. Named the 2006 Executive of the Year by the San Francisco chapter of the Council of Supply Chain Management Professionals, and a former winner of the Woman of Achievement Award by the Women's Fund. Vanita earned both BS and MS degrees in Industrial Engineering & Engineering Management from Stanford University.
Robert Kittell, P.E. MSIE/MSSA
VP Engineering & Technology
A licensed Professional Engineer and Management Consultant specializing in Global Order Fulfillment Infrastructure. In his 24 years as an Industrial Engineer, Robert has designed and implemented processes and facilities that support manufacturing, distribution, warehousing, logistics, re-utilization and transportation systems. His broad range of experience includes clean energy and environmental initiatives, business process re-engineering, new product introduction, inventory control, order management, environmental test chambers, automation, ERP, data mining, reverse logistics, material handling, security, supply chain, master planning, and contracts management. Industries include electronics, medical devices, heavy process equipment, automotive, agribusiness, utilities, health systems, recycling, hospitality, zero-emission vehicles, energy storage systems, and charging infrastructure. Robert has also been an expert witness, provided due diligence to the investment community, and evaluated new technology as well as authored several papers on computer simulation and automated material handling systems. Clients have included: Hewlett Packard, Palm, The Clorox Company, Coca-Cola, AT&T, Environmental Chemical Corp., Siemens, and Procter & Gamble.
Eleanor Gong
VP Demand & Supply Chain Planning
A Demand Planning and Supply Chain leader with over twenty years of experience in end-to-end operations planning, implementation and continuous optimization for emerging and established ventures. Eleanor specializes in developing practical forecasting solutions, sourcing and inventory strategies to sustainably manage operations. She is a proven contributor to revenue, margin and inventory objectives through reduction of forecast error, which also contributes to strong supplier, vendor and customer relationships. Eleanor has worked extensively in the apparel and consumer packaged goods industries for companies such as Esprit de Corp., Levi Strauss & Co., Timbuk2 and Method Products. She is a graduate of San Francisco State University and is affiliated with the Institute of Business Forecasting and the San Francisco Bay Area Green Supply Chain Forum.
